光纖配線架如何盤纖實用又美觀?
1.安裝光纖安裝面板時，可根據自己的需要，任意搭配適配器的類型和芯數進行安裝;
2.安裝適配器時，將LC尾纖和適配器的防塵帽連接到光纖安裝面板的適配器上;
3.溶纖時，將尾纖和外部光纖進行熔接;
4.盤纖時：
一組將熱縮管卡入到熔纖盤的卡槽內;外部光纖逆時針沿着熔纖盤的走線，從1號口出;尾纖順時針沿着熔纖盤的走線，從2號口出;用分線固定器將12根尾纖和外部光纖固定在進出口位置。
第二組盤纖方式與一組相同，但外部光纖和尾纖方向與一組相反，且外部光纖是從3號口出;尾纖是從4號口出。
第三組盤纖方式和走線方式與一組一樣;第四組盤纖方式和走線方式與第二組一樣。
5.預留尾纖自由盤在熔纖盤邊上的空檔處，注意彎曲半徑大於光纜外徑的20倍(動態狀態)，再用美紋膠帶進行固定。
6.蓋上熔纖盤和配線架的蓋子，鎖上門扣，光纖配線架即可使用。

How does the fiber distribution frame be practical and beautiful?
1. When installing the optical fiber installation panel, you can arbitrarily 
match the type and core number of the adapter for installation according to your 
needs;
2. When installing the adapter, connect the LC pigtail and the dust cap of 
the adapter to the adapter on the fiber installation panel;
3. When dissolving fiber, splice the pigtail and the external optical 
fiber;
4. When coiling:
The first group clamps the heat-shrinkable tube into the slot of the splice 
tray; the external optical fiber runs counterclockwise along the splice tray and 
exits from port 1; the pigtail runs clockwise along the splice tray. Exit from 
port 2; fix the 12 pigtails and external optical fibers at the entrance and exit 
position with a splitter holder.
The second group of coiled fibers is the same as the first group, but the 
directions of the external fibers and pigtails are opposite to those of the 
first group, and the external fibers come out from port 3; the pigtails come out 
from port 4.
The third group of coiling and routing methods are the same as the first 
group; the fourth group of coiling and routing methods are the same as the 
second group.
5. Reserve the pigtail free disk at the neutral position on the edge of the 
splicing disk. Note that the bending radius is greater than 20 times the outer 
diameter of the optical cable (dynamic state), and then fix it with masking 
tape.
6. Cover the splice tray and the cover of the distribution frame, lock the 
door buckle, and the optical fiber distribution frame can be used.
