1.姜黄属植物的来源:  The source of turmeric plants  姜黄为姜科植物姜黄的干燥根茎。姜黄主要生长于亚洲地区的印度、缅甸、印尼、中国南部、台湾与日本等地。这些地区阳光充足,四季高温多雨,极适于姜黄生长。  Turmeric (Curcuma longa L) is Zingiberaceae with turmeric plants dryrhizome.Turmeric has been growing in India, Myanmar, southern China, Taiwan and Japan sulfur ball Island, Kagoshima and other places in the Asian region. These areas have ample sunshine, high temperatures, rainy seasons, very suitable for turmerics growth.  2.姜黄主要化学成分:  Main chemical ingredients of turmeric  1).姜黄素,Curcumin(化学名Chemical Name:1,7-Bis-<4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl>-hepta-1,6-diene-3,5-dione),分子式Molecular FormulaC21H20O6,分子量Molecular Weight368.37,CAS: 458-37-7;)  2)脱甲氧基姜黄素,Demethoxycurcumin(化学名Chemical Name:1-<4-hydroxyphenyl>-7-<4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl>-hepta-1,6-diene-3,5-dione),分子式Molecular FormulaC20H18O5,分子量Molecular Weight338.35,CAS:24939-17-1)  3).双脱甲氧基姜黄素,Bisdemethoxycurcumin(化学名Chemical Name:1,7-bis-<4-hydroxyphenyl>-hepta-1,6-diene-3,5-dione),  分子式Molecular FormulaC19H16O4,分子量Molecular Weight308.33,CAS:33171-05-0)  1)具有延缓衰老的作用。姜黄素具有很强的抗氧化作用,以消除体内有害的自由基,对OH自由基的消除率可达69%。姜黄素能提高肝组织均浆中多种抗氧化酶的活性,能使SOD、过氧化氢酶和谷光甘肽过氧化酶的活性分别提高约20%;姜黄素对胸、心、肾、脾等组织都有明显的抗氧化作用,使过氧化脂质(LPO)含量降低,从而延缓组织的老化。  Curcumin has strong antioxidant capacity for retarding aging. It caneliminateharmful free radical inside human body. The eliminating rate for OH free radical can achieve 69%.
